We currently ship to the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Although international shipping is currently not available we are working on it so please check back with us again soon.

Shipping

Orders placed by 11:00 P.M. ET Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship from our warehouse the same day. Orders placed over the weekend, on holidays, and after 11:00 P.M. ET on weekdays will ship out the next business day. (Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays)

Return Policy

At School of Talk™ we want our students to be happy! We accept returns on merchandise within 14 days for a refund or exchange. All contents must be included and returned in original condition for refund or exchange. Once we receive the returned product we will promptly credit your account or send out your exchange. Please note it could take up to two billing cycles for your credit to post on your credit card statement.

Return Process

1. You will need to contact School of Talk™ customer service at 1-877-533-TALK (8255) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with the packing slip. Remember all product contents must be included with the return in original condition.
3. For your protection returns should mailed via an insured carrier to the following address:
